I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 20 years, helping over 1000 clients gain confidence, strength, endurance and power. I’ve also coached them through nutrition plans specific to their personal goals - and this includes everyone from professional athletes to expecting mothers, and those undergoing post surgery rehabilitation and surgery prevention. I absolutely love what I do. I’ve put all my passion, experience, and education to work in building the best shake on the market. And I am excited to now share it with you!
